PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program by which a new kind of function as a security device is added to a cellular telephone by using its function of voice input and output. SOLUTION: When the program is started, a voice is outputted from a speaker which is used for normal conversation at a step S1. The voice includes a voice prompting a response from a user. After that, at a step S2, the program judges whether the user has made a response by judging whether voice has been inputted from a microphone which is used for normal conversation. Then after judging the response from the user, the program returns to the step S1 and the same procedure is repeated.
