PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer an embedded magnet type motor which can reduce torque ripple and also suppress the drop of torque. SOLUTION: This embedded magnet type motor is equipped with a stator 2 which is equipped with teeth 7 at equal angular intervals, and a rotor 3 which has two or more rotor cores where two or more storage holes 61-68 are made in the circumference and magnetic path forming parts 71-78 extending between adjacent storage holes are made and in which a magnet 15 is arranged rectilinearly in the axial direction in each storage hole. The magnetic path forming parts are set so that each circumferential center of adjacent magnetic path forming parts and the circumferential centers of the teeth 7 are not aligned with each other at the same time. For a third rotor core 13, first core parts 81 and 83, which have first properties with the interval between adjacent magnetic path forming parts being a first interval, and second core parts 82 and 84, which have second properties with the interval between adjacent magnetic path forming parts being a second specified interval, are arranged alternately in the circumference.
