PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chopsticks holding trainer by which a correct holding of a pair of chopsticks is properly learned. SOLUTION: The trainer is provided with a pair of chopsticks bodies 10 which have chopsticks tip sections 11 that are used to hold food and a holding section 12 which is held by a hand, guiding sections which are formed to the folding section 12 to guide fingers and a spring member 20 which connects the main bodies 10 and energizes the tip sections 11 to opening directions. The tip sections 11 are formed by wood. Inner sides of the tip sections 11 are formed by flat surfaces and the inner side surfaces of the tip sections 11 are made into projecting and recessing shapes and the outer side surfaces of the tip sections 11 are made flat.
