PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce angle deviations and to increase precision by preventing a malfunction of pulse output signals when a zero-crossing reversing IC is used even in the case that position deviations of each constituent part for every product have occurred. SOLUTION: An apparatus for detecting moving objects comprises a pair of Hall elements 1 and 2 oppose to a gear 20 as a magnetic moving body having protrusion parts and a permanent magnet 30 for supplying biased magnetic flux for the pair of Hall elements 1 and 2. A yoke 40 made of a soft magnetic material for providing an intensity difference for biased magnetic flux passing through the pair of Hall elements 1 and 2 is shifted to one side of the Hall elements 1 and 2 and arranged in the periphery of the permanent magnet 30.
