PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device to be used in electronic devices of various sorts operating slowly in the prescribed opening/closing position without requiring any separate component and capable of giving a good operating feeling in opening or closing. SOLUTION: The opening/closing device is structured so that a rotor 21 fitted at the periphery with a protruding piece 21A and/or a one 21B is attached fast to a moving body 4, is equipped with an engagement part 22A and/or a one 22B whereto the protruding piece 21A and/or 21B abuts, and is furnished with an actuator piece 22 whereon a friction means for rotation is formed, whereby the energizing force of the moving body 4 is relieved in the prescribed opening/closing position, so that the obtained opening/closing device can operate slowing in the opening/closing position without requiring any separate component and can give a good operating feeling in opening or closing.
