PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning unit for a vehicle which can reduce the vehicular vertical dimensions while having sufficient draining performance, and provide an air-conditioner for the vehicle. SOLUTION: This air-conditioning unit 1 for the vehicle is equipped with a unit case 10 which is mounted on the vehicle, and in which an air duct 12 for blowing conditioned air is formed, and an evaporator 17 which is arranged in the air duct 12. The air-conditioning unit 1 is provided with a draining structure 30 which is constituted of a groove section 31 being indented on the internal bottom section 10b of the unit case, a protruding section 32 having an approximately conical shape which is projected to the upper side of the vehicle in the groove section 31, and at least one water draining port 33 which is formed at the lower side of a groove section 34 formed of the protruding section 32 and the groove section 31.
