PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT device by which nonuniformity of noise is reduced and an image of good quality can be obtained, in reconfiguration of tomogram using projection data obtained with less than one rotation. SOLUTION: In half reconfiguration in which reconfiguration for channel direction of projection data is performed without substitution of collimated beam, nonuniformity of noise is great but the nonuniformity itself is ascertained. Therefore, by using a variety of reconfiguration filter to reconfigure a variety of tomograms with different noise characteristics, and performing interpolation on the reconfigured tomograms according to their noise characteristics, the tomogram of reduced nonuniformity of noise is obtained.
