METHOD FOR FREEZING FOOD, VESSEL FOR FREEZING, AND FREEZER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for freezing food enabling partially extracting an arbitrary desired amount of frozen food easily with the hands without thawing so as to use for cooking, and to provide a vessel for freezing and a freezer. SOLUTION: The method for freezing food comprises forming grooves weak in fracture resistance enough to fracture the food with the hands, continuously arranged caves or through parts, before the food is coagulated by freezing, and then subjecting the food to freezing treatment.
