The present invention relates to pre-formed, unilamellar, sheet-like devices (10, 110, 210, 310, 410, 510, 610, 710, 810) for delivering benefit agents to the skin, hair or nails. The devices are patches or masks for cosmetic or therapeutic use. The devices have a non-planar topography on at least one surface (14, 114, 214, 314, 414, 514, 614, 714, 814; 16, 116, 216, 316, 416, 516, 616, 716, 816) and are less obtrusive. The present invention also encompasses methods of producing such devices. |
