The tool has a novel connection between tool head and integrated handle using a threaded rod which is inserted in a metal sleeve. The threaded rod is screwed into the upper core of the tool head and a safety screw is turned in the lower end of the handle so that the head and handle form a fixed unit. The safety screw is set so deep in the lower end of the handle that it closes the opening with a blind rubber member.
