THE WEB-ACCESS MANAGING SYSTEM AND THE WEB-ACCESS MANAGING METHOD THROUGH PACKET CHECKING INTERVAL

There are provided a system and a method for managing a web access at a variable checking-packet interval to block an unwanted internet site. The system includes a deserializer 200 for converting a parallel data into a serial data to send the converted data to the interface 100 and converting a serial data into a parallel data to send the converted data to a system bus 400, a main memory 700 for storing received internet data packet via the system bus 400, and an IP storage unit 300 for storing a list of access allowed IP address and a data of checking-packet interval, a CPU 600 reading the data from the IP storage unit or writing the data in the IP storage unit. After the CPU extracts the IP address from the received packet, and compares the extracted IP address with the list of the access allowed IP address.
