UNIT BUILDING FORMED IN A RAHMEN STRUCTURE MADE BY CONNECTING A COLUMN AND A BEAM RIGIDLY

PURPOSE: A unit building is provided to improve horizontal and vertical stiffness of a unit building and to reinforce the weakened part caused by excluding a column. CONSTITUTION: The unit building is completed by fixing a building unit(20) which is formed in a Rahmen structure by connecting a column(21) and a beam(23) rigidly to the foundation. The base of a column of the building unit(20) is joined rigidly to the foundation, and a diagonal member is installed between the prop root of the building unit(20) and the intermediate of a ceiling beam(23). The building unit(20) is composed by welding a floor beam(22) to the lower end of a piped column(21) using a joint piece(22J), and welding a ceiling beam(23) to the upper end of a piped column(21) using a joint piece(23J).
