PURPOSE: An RF(Radio Frequency) modulator and a broadcasting receiving apparatus using the same are provided to selectively output terrestrial broadcasting to two TVs and output satellite broadcasting to the two TVs. CONSTITUTION: A splitter(32) splits an RF signal from a terrestrial antenna into the first and second signals. The first modulating unit(33) modulates the first AV signal into the first modulation channel according to the first modulation channel selection signal. The first switch(34) selectively outputs the first signal from the splitter to one TV according to the first switching signal. The second modulating unit(35) modulates the second AV signal into the second modulation channel having a channel different from the first modulation channel according to the second modulation channel selection signal. The second switch(36) selectively outputs the second signal from the splitter to another TV according to the second switching signal.
