PURPOSE: A remote controller for downloading and displaying broadcast information and extrinsic information is provided to download and display broadcast information and extrinsic information so that a user can directly confirm information on an external electronic equipment. CONSTITUTION: A remote controller for downloading and displaying broadcast information and extrinsic information consists of a memory(100), a microcomputer(110), an LCD display part(120), an LCD control part(130), a data communication part(140), a user input part(150), and a radio control part(160). The memory(100) stores an appointed application program. The microcomputer(110) is to execute the program stored in the memory(100). The LCD display part(120) displays characters or pictures. The LCD control part(130) controls the operations of the LCD display part(120). The data communication part(140) transmits a program result value, executed at the microcomputer(110), to an external information equipment or downloads data from an external equipment. The user input part(150) receives user input. The radio control part(160) transports a signal to control an electronic product in a short distance.
