TRAY OF DEAERATOR FOR WATER HEATER OF STEAM BOILER FOR COLLECTING WATER AND FLOWING STEAM ACTIVELY BY ENLARGING CONTACT AREA BETWEEN STEAM AND WATER

PURPOSE: A tray of a deaerator for a water heater in a steam boiler is provided to flow steam actively by modifying the channel structure of the tray, and to enlarge the contact area by increasing the number of channels and forming the V-shaped section of the channel. CONSTITUTION: A tray(10) is composed of supporting bars(11) formed at both sides, and channels(13) placed between both supporting bars. The V-shaped section is formed in the channel of the tray. Water is injected from a spray valve of a deaerator of a water heater in a steam boiler, and collected to the center of the channel. Steam is moved smoothly and moved upward. The contact area and the contact time are increased by mounting many channels. The performance of the deaerator is improved by actively flowing steam.
