SYSTEM FOR INTEGRALLY MANAGING/SHARING VARIOUS KINDS OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS APPLIED TO PRODUCT MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE: A system for integrally managing/sharing various kinds of technical documents applied to product manufacture is provided to enhance technology accumulation and improve productivity by sharing data through systematization of the technical documents, and standardization of management rules and forms. CONSTITUTION: A technical document database block stores various kinds of technical documents. A database management server(105) stores or outputs technical document information to a needed field of the technical document database block. A technical document management server(101) determines to store/extract the technical document information and advances a technical document management process based on the technical document information. A document number assigning module(102) assigns a new document number to a new document, and stores the technical document to the technical document database block. A document number search module(103) searches/outputs the technical document information stored in the technical document database block. A document making/modifying module(104) stores update information of the technical document stored in the technical document database block.
