DEVICE FOR MANAGING TAXI TICKET, TAXI TICKET SETTLEMENT TERMINAL, METHOD FOR MANAGING TAXI TICKET, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of achieving a taxi ticket service and prevent illicit use.

SOLUTION: A ticket center 5 allows registration of taxi tickets and sends registration information for specifying the registered taxi tickets via a communication line to a mobile terminal 3 which requested the supply of the taxi tickets. According to a request to permit the use of the taxi tickets which is specified by the registration information, permission information exclusive for the use of the taxi tickets is sent via the communication line to the mobile terminal 3 which requested the permission to use. According to a request to settle the taxi tickets which is specified by the permission information, the validity of the taxi tickets is verified and it is determined whether or not the taxi tickets can be settled based on the result of verifying the validity. The settlement result is sent via the communication line to a taxi ticket settlement terminal 2 which requested the settlement. Used taxi tickets are invalidated.
