<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer service system for properly supporting a customer by reading a customer card in a store, and displaying customer rank information and campaign information to be provided in a store terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: the customer card with customer information comprising at least a customer ID recorded therein; a card reader for reading the customer card; the store terminal to which the card reader is connected, and which is provided with a display means, an input means, and a communication means; and a customer information management server which is connected to the store terminal via a network, so as to transmit customer service information to the store terminal. Customer service information retrieved with the ID from a plurality of kinds of customer service information stored in the storage part of the store terminal by defining the customer ID read by the card reader as a retrieval code is displayed in the display part of the store terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
