PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device capable of obtaining a high quality image by eliminating dark noise. SOLUTION: A first storing part 351 stores image data outputted in such a manner that first photographing for exposing an object performs charge storage, a second storing part 352 stores dark noise data outputted by second photographing that performs charge storage of almost the same exposure time as that of the first photographing, a nonlinear processing part 105 applies nonlinear processing to the dark noise data and outputs the dark noise data subjected to the nonlinear processing to a subtracting part 106, and the subtracting part 106 subtracts the dark noise data subjected to the nonlinear processing by the nonlinear processing part 105 from image data.
