PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a heat-shrinkable film exhibiting good separability in an alkaline aqueous solution while exhibiting excellent adhesion to various kinds of ink, and having excellent characteristics such as blocking resistance, slipperiness and antistatic properties. SOLUTION: This film is the heat-shrinkable polyester-based film having≥20% shrinkage in the maximum shrinking direction measured by dipping a sample obtained by cutting the film into a square shape of 10 cm×10 cm in a hot water at 85°C for 10 sec, pulling up the dipped film, and dipping the pulled-up film in water at 25°C for 10 sec. The content of nitrogen atom in the most surface layer of the first surface of the film is 0.2-5.0 atomic %, and the dynamic friction coefficientμd of the second surface of the film to each other is≤0.27.
