PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slack preventive fastener capable of eliminating a shortage of the ability to prevent the return rotation as seen in a conventional fastener. SOLUTION: The slack preventive fastener is composed of a bolt 8, a bushing 13 of such a structure that a slit 12 to generate a missing in the circumference is formed vertically in a thin walled portion of a cone 10 having an eccentric through hole 9 greater to a certain degree than the nominal diameter of the bolt 8, and a nut 15 structured such that the inside diameter of its half portion not confronting the seat face is made smaller than the outside diameter of the forefront of the bushing and that a conical hole part 14 having a taper surface with the same inclining angle as the inclining angle of the cone of the bushing 13 where the opening diameter of the other half confronting the seat face is made smaller than the outside diameter of the lower part of the bushing 13, is formed in the lower part of a female threaded part 15a to be engaged with a threaded part 8a of the bolt 8.
