摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an operational feel of a lever at the time of a shift operation to a third speed and a fourth speed smooth to the same extent as that at the time of a shift operation to the other shift stages. SOLUTION: An engaging member 52 is externally inserted and fixed to a control rod 50 which operates in accordance with an operation of a shift lever 7, and a recessed and projecting part 60 (detent load characteristic setting part) is provided on the surface of the engaging member 52. A detent member 55 is arranged so as to be relatively displaced on the recessed and projecting part 60 along with the operation of the control rod 50. The recessed and projecting part 60 is provided with three recessed parts 61, 62, 63 extending to a circumferential direction of the control rod 50 so as to correspond to a select operation of the shift lever 7 and a groove part 53 approximately orthogonal to these recessed parts 61, 62, 63 and extending to an axial direction of the control rod 50 so as to correspond to the shift operation.
