PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a momentum conversion band which can operate informing means in response to the detected momentum and the number of times of the motions by efficiently converting the kinetic energy generated by the body limb part formed by the motion of the body parts (particularly the wrist and the ankle) into an electric energy without waste to the maximum limit and storing the kinetic energy in a storage battery. SOLUTION: The momentum conversion band includes a latching mechanism for locking a pendulum at its each rotation by rotating the pendulum in one direction by linking to the rotation of the pendulum by providing the pendulum rotating in a suitably swinging width following the motion of the body limb parts at the band mounted at the wrist and the ankle of the body limb parts, a spiral spring for storing an operating force at the pendulum as a restoring force at each time by applying an inertial force, a centrifugal force and a gravity by a circular arc-like motion formed by the body limb parts, and a latch releasing mechanism for releasing the latched state of the latching mechanism. A generator is rotated by the recoiling force of the spiral spring to be converted into electric energy, and the generated electric energy is stored (charged) in a storage battery at each time.
