PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in removing a screw, the screw is fallen in a ceiling structure or a device installed on the wall surface where in attaching and detaching a screw fastening member, a screw is fallen and a device placed below is damaged by the fallen screw or the screw itself is lost. SOLUTION: As for a screw 8 having the fear of falling due to loosening, the edge of a screw passing hole for passing the screw 8 is provided with a projecting part 11 for allowing advance and retreat of the screw 8 and regulating the screw head 12 of the screw 8 from being pulled out. The projecting part is composed of four support legs 13, and two opposite legs are provided with an elastically deformed claw 14 for preventing the screw head from being pulled out, and the screw 8 is pointed to the screw fastening direction and stored in four support legs 13 using the elastic deformation of the claws 14.
