PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensively constitutable lock device, an unlocking method, and an unlocking program for easily and highly accurately collating the subject. SOLUTION: When authenticated as the subject by collating the subject by a fingerprint, the radio connection is performed to a cellular phone 10a carried by the subject by using a feeble radio wave, and an identification key for proving the fact of being the subject is received from the cellular phone 10a.
