摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anode oxidation method, e.g., suitable to anode oxidation for aluminum and titanium, where the use of electrolytic solutions having strong acidity or strong basicity is abandoned and inexpensive carbonated water easily subjected to waste water treatment is used as an electrolytic solution, so that an oxide film can safely and easily be formed and the improvement of the formation operation and the rationalization of waste water treatment can be attained, and further, sealing treatment for the oxide film can be controlled by a simple method, so that the dyeing of the oxide film and the supporting of a catalyst can rationally and easily be performed, and which can be applied to the dyeing method of the oxide film and the production of a catalytic body, and to provide a production method of a titanium oxide film. SOLUTION: In the anode oxidation method, electrolysis is performed with a member 3 to be treated as an anode in an electrolytic solution stored in a treatment tank 1 to form an oxide film on the surface of the member 3 to be treated. As the electrolytic solution, carbonated water with a prescribed acid concentration produced by dissolving pressurized carbon dioxide into a prescribed amount of water 7 is used. The pressure and temperature in the electrolytic solution are set to the prescribed ones. Sealing suppression ions for the oxide film are mixed into the electrolytic solution.
