PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve many properties of strength, rigidity, heat distortion temperature, thermal expansion coefficient, etc. of a polyester resin composition. SOLUTION: A carbon nanotube filler having a chlorinated acyl group on the surface is prepared and the chlorinated acyl group is chemically bonded to ethylene glycol or butylene glycol by dechlorination reaction to form a resin composition intermediate in which the carbon nanotube is chemically bonded through an ester bond to a 2,2-hydroxyethyl group or 2,2-hydroxybutyl group. Then, polycondensation reaction of the resin composition intermediate is carried out to form the resin composition in which the carbon nanotube is chemically bonded through an ester bond to polyethylene terephthalate or polybutylene terephthalate.
