PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic tape cassette capable of simply measuring the perpendicularity of a roller shaft and of stably transporting the magnetic tape, and provide a guide roller support structure and a roller shaft inclination measuring method capable of simplifying the measurement/inspection process of the perpendicularity of the roller shaft. SOLUTION: The magnetic tape cassette 10 is configured such that a guide roller 14 for guiding a magnetic tape 26 along a predetermined passage is supported on a cassette case 3 via the roller shaft 5, and a shaft end monitoring hole h1 for exposing at least one shaft end of the roller shaft 5 onto an external surface of the cassette case is provided in the cassette case 3.
