PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing management system capable of managing many bearings efficiently and economically. SOLUTION: This bearing management system is constituted in such a way that a plurality of bearings 3 provided in rotary equipment 2 are divided into a plurality of bearing groups 31a, 31b, 31c in which each is composed of a plurality of bearings 3 and each bearing group 31a, 31b, 31c is integrally managed by each independent bearing management device 1B. Each bearing management device 1B is composed of a vibration detection sensor 5 and a temperature detection sensor 6 detecting vibration and temperature of each bearing 3 in the bearing group, a bearing abnormality determining device 7B determining that the bearing group is not normal when detection vibration data 5a and detection temperature data 6a concerning at least one bearing 3 in the bearing group exceed a reference vibration value and a reference temperature value to give a bearing abnormality signal 7a, and an alarm device 8 giving alarm by the bearing abnormality signal 7a.
