PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve amenity for a body when applying a temperature regulator using a thermoelectric element for an object contacting the body such as a car seat and the object arranged near the body. SOLUTION: A first heat exchanging body 21 is provided on one part of the thermoelectric element 25 in a heat absorbing side or a heat radiation side, and a second heat exchanging body 22 is provided on the other part of the thermoelectric element 25 in the heat radiation side or the heat absorbing side. A fan 18 is provided to supply air to the first and second heat exchanging bodies 21, 22, the air heat-exchanged through the first heat exchanging body 21 is supplied to an object, and the air heat-exchanged through the second heat exchanging body 22 is released.
