PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a cool defrost state in foot defroster mode. SOLUTION: Cool air bypass passages 20, 21 are formed in the upper side of a heat exchanger 14 for heating. Hot air passages 33, 34 are formed in the lower side of the cool air bypass passages 20, 21. Defroster openings 43, 44 are arranged in the upper side of the cool air bypass passages 20, 21, and foot openings 55, 56 are arranged at a position closer to the hot air passages 33, 34 than the defroster openings 43, 44. Furthermore, tunnel-shaped frame bodies 57, 58 are arranged in the vertical direction in the cool air bypass passages 20, 21, and hot air bypass passages 59, 60 leading hot air of the hot air passages 33, 34 to the side of defroster openings 43, 44 are formed inside the tunnel-shaped frame bodies 57, 58.
