PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a ground material from sticking, to make maintenance and controlling of a cleaning work or the like well, to prevent the ground material from collapsing, and to miniaturize a switching structure for switching a place to which the ground material is fed. SOLUTION: A returning opening 25 for forwarding the ground material into a metering and mixing hopper 40, and a non-returning opening 26 for forwarding the ground material into a non-returning receiving container 4, are formed on the bottom part of a ground material receiving body 20. The lower part of a chute 17 provided on the lower part of a grinder 10 faces the upper part of the ground material receiving body 20, and a damper 60 connected to a fluid pressure cylinder 50 is provided on the chute 17. By changing an angle of opening of the damper 60 to an outlet 17a of the ground material formed in the lower part of the chute 17 by operating the fluid pressure cylinder 50, the ground material is selectively fed to either the returning opening 25 the non-returning opening 26 of the ground material receiving body 20.
