发明名称 NUMERICAL REPRESENTATION OF CUTTING PARAMETER IN SHEAR CUTTING SLITTER USING TWO ROTARY CIRCULAR BLADES
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To numerically represent at least one of an amount of overlapping, contact pressure, an angle of toe-in, and an amount of offset between two rotary circular blades in a slitter using the two rotary circular blades. SOLUTION: A slitter apparatus comprises a linear type absolute position detecting instrument for measuring the distance from a specified position of a body mounting portion of a knife holder to a specified position of a header portion where a knife is to be attached, a knife diameter displaying instrument for numerically representing the measured distance indicating signal sent from the linear type absolute position detecting instrument by converting the signal into the diameter of the knife, at which diameter, the optimum amount of overlapping is selected, and a contact pressure meter for measuring the contact pressure by arranging a strain gauge at the position where a strain is caused by the contact pressure between an upper blade and a lower blade. As a result, basic parameters seriously affecting the cutting-off of a sheet material, such as the amount of overlapping, the contact pressure, the angle of toe-in, and the amount of offset, can be very easily adjusted by numerically representing them.
