PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct uneven thickness of a tubular body by a simple control mechanism. SOLUTION: A stock tube is fed to a drawing device with the direction of uneven thickness of each stock tube directed to a preset direction. The drawing device displaces the center position of the stock tube guided by a stock tube guide with respect to a drawing die with respect to the axis of the drawing die. The displacement of the stock tube guide is set according to the distribution of the uneven thickness of a plurality of stock tubes to be drawn, and the plurality of stock tubes are drawn with the set displacement.
