PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means, in which it becomes possible to recognize whether the recognition results by an online recognition part is right. SOLUTION: In the means, papers are divided based on the recognition results by the online recognition part, at the same time the recognition results by the online recognition and images of the concerned papers are retransmitted to a VCS, a recognition treatment is performed for the images of these papers by the offline recognition part at the VCS, and it is judged whether the recognition results by the online recognition part coincide with the offline recognition results.
