PURPOSE: An additional information service method and a system thereof are provided to realize an additional service such as traffic information, a weather, a stock, and a foreign exchange rate through one mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A power is supplied to a user terminal(S1). The user terminal accesses a system through a base station(S2). The user terminal performs a bilateral communication with a control station(S3). A special inherent code is assigned to a traffic mode service(S4). When a user inputs a special service, a business proprietor confirms a user' location(S5). It is judged whether the user selects a periodical service providing method(S6). The control station and the base station periodically provide a service(S7). A service which the user requested is performed once(S8). The business proprietor discriminates whether the user wants a service different from a current provided service(S9). The business proprietor discriminates whether the user finishes the service(S10).
