VALVE UNIT OF COMPRESSOR FOR PREVENTING DEVIATION OF DISCHARGE LID VALVE

PURPOSE: A compressor valve unit is provided to prevent the deviation of a discharge reed valve from a valve plate before assembling a valve unit finally, and prevent the damage of parts when assembling the discharge reed valve with the valve plate. CONSTITUTION: A compressor valve unit includes a valve plate(110) provided with refrigerant suction/discharge holes, suction/discharge reed valves(120,130) mounted at both sides of the valve plate, and a gasket(140) mounted to the discharge reed valve. The valve plate is formed with protrusions(111) to be fitted into positioning holes(132) of the discharge reed valve. The protrusions fitted into the holes respectively have an end formed by riveting or caulking for preventing the discharge reed valve from deviating out of the valve plate.
