PURPOSE: An optical disk cartridge and an optical disk are provided to form an outer diameter at more than 22mm and less than 40mm while an inner diameter is more than 2.2mm and less than 8.4mm, to be mounted on an optical disk drive in small size, thereby realizing the same or more improved clamping performance compared to an existing optical disk. CONSTITUTION: A disk cartridge comprises as follows. A body(200) is mounted with a rotative disk(400) inside, and comprises an exposure unit(210) such that a hub(410) of a disk(400) and a certain surface corresponding to a mobile path of an optical pickup can be exposed. A shutter(300) is slidingly mounted on the body(200), and opens/shuts the exposure unit(210). The shutter(300) comprises as follows. A body portion(320) corresponds to the certain surface equivalent to the mobile path of the optical pickup. A hub protecting portion(310) is equivalent to a hub exposure portion. A disk portion protecting unit(330) covers other exposure surface except the certain surface corresponding to the mobile path, to protect the other exposure surface.
