PURPOSE: A color polarizing plate, and a reflective liquid crystal display using the same are provided to realize an ultra thin film reflective liquid crystal display and increase light efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A red polarizing part is formed by separating a plurality of grids(81a) having first metal photonic crystal balls(61a) at a first area in one direction, wherein the first metal photonic crystal ball has a diameter half as much as red light wave length and reflects the red light. A green polarizing part is formed by separating a plurality of grids(81b) having second metal photonic crystal balls(61b) at a second area in one direction, wherein the second metal photonic crystal ball has a diameter half as much as green light wave length and reflects the green light. A blue polarizing part is formed by separating a plurality of grids(81c) having third metal photonic crystal balls(61c) at a third area in one direction, wherein the third metal photonic crystal ball has a diameter half as much as blue light wave length and reflects the blue light.
