PURPOSE: An inclination control device of a steering column is provided to restrict interference from the outside by receiving a connection portion of upper and lower steering columns and to increase locking/unlocking operation reliability by a simple locking/unlocking structure. CONSTITUTION: An inclination control device of a steering column is composed of a lower steering column(110) for receiving movably a lower steering shaft and having a fixed gear unit(111) formed at the upper end side; an upper steering column(120) for housing movably an upper steering shaft having one end combined with the lower steering shaft by a universal joint; a supporting bracket(130) movably shaft-installed with the upper steering column and fixed to a vehicle body to receive a connection portion of the upper and lower steering columns; a pair of guide brackets(140) formed with elongated guide grooves(142) inserted with an elastic body(141) and fastened to a lower part of the upper steering column; a rod unit(150) inserted into the guide grooves and formed with a movable gear unit(121) engaged with the fixed gear unit; and a lever(160) joined with the rod unit by a wire(161). Both ends of the rod unit are elastically held by the elastic body.
