PURPOSE: A steering column tilting device of a vehicle is provided to increase assembly efficiency by reducing the number of parts, to easily secure a space, and to improve product quality by an accurate operation. CONSTITUTION: A steering column tilting device of a vehicle comprises a column bracket(100) having a fixed gear(110) formed in a constant section of a combination portion; a tilting bracket(200) composed of a movable gear(210) having one side hinge-combined to selectively engage with the fixed gear and a piston rod(220) for engaging the movable gear to the fixed gear by elastically supporting the movable gear and hinge-combined to move upward and downward at the constant angle from the column bracket; and a tilting lever(300) connected with the piston rod by a line member(310) and drawn out to move down the piston rod. A guide tool(230) for guiding the movement of the piston rod is additionally formed at the tilting bracket.
