摘要 PURPOSE: A combining structure of a speed gear of a manual transmission is provided to prevent wear of the surface of a hub gear, a spacer, and a 5-stage gear by increasing the contact area of a gear sleeve and the space and reducing the contact stress of the spacer and the hub gear. CONSTITUTION: A combining structure of a speed gear of a manual transmission comprises a hub gear(70) integrally rotating in a state of being fixed to a rotating shaft(50) of the manual transmission; a speed gear(55) combined rotatably by a needle bearing(86) arranged between the rotating shaft and the speed gear on a side of the hub gear; a gear sleeve(82) installed between the needle bearing and the rotating shaft; and a spacer externally inserted in the rotating shaft and arranged between the hub gear and the speed gear to restrict the movement of the speed gear. A surface pressure reduction unit, enlarging the contact area of the gear sleeve and the space is formed to a side of the gear sleeve to reduce the contact stress of the hub gear and the spacer arranged to the rear of the speed gear.
