<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide software for predicting horse race based on perfecta and/or trifecta by game deployment basis, in order to make the prediction 100% accurate ranging from a cert to an ultra-long shot tickets. <P>SOLUTION: The method is for pursuing always the highest hit rate and recovery rate, by classifying the horse race prediction on the game deployment by game deployment basis and by automatically monitoring with a computer the data on finished the first, the second and the third places of the races in terms of order of goal finish over a period of years.
