<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a device and a computer program for determining the operation of power generation equipment where the power supplied from a plurality of small-scale power generation facilities such as a cogeneration system for power supply can be consumed effectively in power load. <P>SOLUTION: An operation method determining device 1 gets the active power and the reactive power of the power to be supplied to power load (step S1), based on the voltage and the current measured with a meter, and generates power in every power generation facility, based on the acquired active power and reactive power to be supplied, and determines the amount of supply of the active power and the amount of supply of the reactive power as the power to be supplied (step S2), and sends out a control signal to operate each power generation facility to each power generation facility (step S3), based on the determined amount of supply of active power and the amount of supply of reactive power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
