PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent throughput of an output line from decreasing, even if the number of input lines increases although ring arbitration is used by placing multiple ring arbiter devices in operation, with time differences. SOLUTION: This conflict control circuit is equipped with input lines #1 to #N, buffer parts B1 to BN, and arbitration control access parts Al to AN, which arbitrate a conflict among cells sent out of the buffer parts B1 to BN to the same output line OUT. The conflict control access parts A1 to AN are equipped with 1st to 3rd ring arbiter devices R1 to R3 as a means for inquiring whether the buffer parts B1 to BN make a request to send a cell out by circulating ring arbiters. Here, the 1st to 3rd ring arbiter devices R1 to R3 circulate multiple ring arbiters which have the same circulation cycle at the same time, so that they do not have the same start point and end point of circulation.
|
