PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the burglary detecting device of a vehicle for detecting the burglary of a vehicle which is not able to detect or notify any abnormal circumstance. SOLUTION: Vehicles A, B, C, D, E and F are configured to carry out the positioning of relative distances by each other, and to exchange vehicle information among those peripheral vehicles. Then, any of those vehicles A, B, C, D, F refer to information from an immobilizer in the vehicle information of the vehicle E, and determines that any abnormal circumstance is generated when the vehicle E moves without any sign of the start of the engine of the vehicle E. Afterwards, the peripheral vehicles B, D and F of the vehicle E start the notification of the vehicle information of the stolen vehicle (that is, the trace of the stolen vehicle) to a burglary monitoring device 9.
