PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely measure a flow rate of a fluid moving in an inside of an existing tubular body without removing the tubular body. SOLUTION: The flow rate of the fluid moving in a flow passage is measured using a transmission time of an oscillatory wave propagated through a layered integrated object comprising a sheet-like member and a wall body portion in an area contacting with the sheet-like member measured by a structure provided with the tubular or ditch-like flow passage partitioned by a wall body, the sheet-like member fixed onto an outer surface of the flow passage wall body, and extended long in a direction along the flow passage, and the first oscillatory wave generation detecting means and the second oscillatory wave generation detecting means attached onto a surface of the sheet-like member with a space each other along a longitudinal direction of the sheet-like member.
