PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated plate structure which reduces the shortage of brazing filler metal even when the brazing is performed by using the brazing filler metal in an amount small enough to prevent the clogging of brazing filler metal. SOLUTION: In this laminated plate structure obtained by brazing a plurality of plates 1, 2 to form a refrigerant-side passage 6 and a heat medium-side passage 7 where the fluid flows, between the plates 1, 2, one of adjacent parts of outer peripheral parts 11, 21 of the plates 1, 2 adjacent to each other is retracted to a depth side with respect to the other to form a corner part 5 on an outer peripheral face 8.
