PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device capable of drying clothes or the like in a short time and restricted in the generation of unevenness of quantity of air to be discharged and quantity of circulating air per each of products. SOLUTION: This ventilating device is provided with an inlet 3 for taking air inside a room, an outlet 6 for discharging the intake air outside, a blow-out opening 4 for returning the intake air into the room, a multi-blade fan 9 for sucking air through the inlet 3 to blow it, a damper 20 to be switched between a first position for guiding the air blown from the multi-blade fan 9 to the outlet 6 and a second position for guiding the air to the blow-out opening 4, and a PTC heater 11 for heating the air blown from the blow-out opening 4. An opening 23 and a sub damper 30 are provided to feed a part of the air, which is blown from the multi-blade fan 9, to the outlet 6 while the damper 20 is switched to the second position.
