PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic device, an acoustic system and a voice reproduction system capable of transmitting sound information of a plurality of channels to a speaker by radio and reproducing the sound information. SOLUTION: This acoustic system 1 is provided with a transmitting part 20 consisting of transmitters 21x (x = L, Sl, C, Sr and R) corresponding to five channels, speakers 301 to 305, a radar unit 40 and a system controller 50. The system controller 50 set a channel in charge for each of the speakers 301 to 305 on the basis of anglesθformed by the radar unit 40 and the speakers 301 to 305, and sets timing for each transmitter 21x to emit sound data on the basis of periods T1l and T2l when a radiated pulse signal reaches each of the speakers 301 to 305. The transmitter 21x emits the sound data at the set timing, and each of the speakers 301 and 305 can thereby extract only sound data of the channel in charge from an inputted signal and reproduce the sound data.
